Mind-blowing location, super swimming pool and steam room, jaw-dropping apartment with high ceilings and big windows, comfortable bed, luxury surroundings. Exceeded expectations and would definitely stay again.

I stayed at Horizon Apartments in Krakow and it exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a great shopping center and the main square. The staff, especially Joanne, were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only issue I had was that the breakfast items were delivered to the apartment without any notification. It would have been better if they had knocked on the door or called to let us know it had arrived.

I recently stayed at Horizon Apartments for a weekend getaway and I couldn't have been more pleased. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of storage space. The view from the apartment was breathtaking and the location was fantastic, with a convenient park for parking my car. I must give a special shoutout to Ms. Agata, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. Her assistance and hospitality truly made a difference. With all these wonderful features, I would rate my experience a perfect 10/10. Thank you again!

I had a wonderful stay at Horizon Apartments. The location was excellent, close to Galleria Krakow and Old Town, making it convenient for exploring the city. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and modern, with all the necessary amenities. The basement swimming pool and gym were fantastic additions, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The porters in reception were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I highly recommend Horizon Apartments for a great stay in Krakow.

The apartment was beautifully renovated with high-quality materials, creating a modern and stylish atmosphere. the spaciousness of the apartment allowed for a comfortable stay, and it was very clean and well-maintained. the location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of grocery stores, shopping centers, and popular tourist sites. the check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff was helpful and accommodating.
One drawback was the temperature in the apartment, which was a little warm for sleeping. there was some street noise that could be heard, which may disturb light sleepers.

This smart apartment on the third floor, with a lift, blew me away with all the mod cons and high ceilings. The location was jaw-dropping, allowing easy walking access to everything. The beautiful bathroom and robes were a super touch. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The swimming pool in the basement was mind-blowing, offering a relaxing and exclusive experience. I felt spoiled and would definitely stay again!

The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures - clean, bright, and airy. We were warmly welcomed by Joanna who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The location was amazing, close to Old Town but without the noise or crowds. We could easily walk to everything. Highly recommended!

I recently had an incredible stay at a fantastic apartment in a top-notch location. the apartment was right on the town square, making it extremely convenient to explore all the attractions nearby. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a modern design. the bathroom was also well-appointed and convenient. the service at the apartment was excellent, with a friendly and helpful staff. the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious. the view from the apartment was breathtaking, offering a great perspective of the city. the facilities, including the pool and fitness suite, were in great condition and added to the overall positive experience.
The only minor downside was the noise from construction work nearby, which disturbed the peace of the apartment at times.
